Lions Festive Walk

Venue: Baddesley Clinton National Trust House, Solihull/Warwickshire

Date: Tuesday 27th December 2011

Knowle and Dorridge Lions have chosen Crossroads Care as one of the charities to benefit from their 19th annual Festive Walk.

As the Lions say our Festive Walk is a great opportunity to walk off those extra pounds put on over the Festive Season. Baddesley Clinton NT House on the Solihull/Warwickshire borders makes a great backdrop for this annual event which many families have made part of their festive calendar for years. Why not make it part of yours, and invite your friends and families along for some post-Christmas exercise and walk off the Christmas pudding,

There will a choice of 3, 5 or 8 mile signposted circular routes along country lanes and towpaths through the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, all passing at least one country pub. And afterwards collect your certificate of achievement and join the Lions for hot mince pies and mulled wine.

Entry is free, all we ask is that you get your efforts sponsored for Crossroads Care. To take part you will need to register in advance online at Lions Festive Walk
